City Service SE, through its Lithuanian subsidiary UAB City Service Engineering, specializing in facility and energy management services for commercial clients, acquired UAB Unitechna.

UAB Unitechna provides fuel service station construction, it’s equipment’s trading and technical maintenance services for the main fuel service stations, operating in Lithuania.

The goal of this acquisition is to develop a range of specialized facility management services for commercial segment clients.

Last year, UAB Unitechna reported EUR 5.9 million sales revenue and earned EUR 0.5 million net profit, in 2016 – respectively EUR 3.8 million euros sales revenue and EUR 0.14 million net profit.

City Service SE is an international holding, active in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Spain and Russia (St. Petersburg). The Company provides integrated utility services to 35.8 million sq. meters of building area.

The Company engages in facility management process administration, engineering systems maintenance and repairs, energy resources management and renovation, buildings’ technical and energetic auditing, territory maintenance and cleaning and provides security services. Consolidated revenue of City Service SE was EUR 160.9 million in 2017.
