City Service SE (the “Company”) hereby announces changes in the composition of the Management Board of the Company.
On 16 September 2026, Artūras Gudelis submitted his resignation from the positions of member and Chairman of the Management Board of City Service SE. His authorities as a member and Chairman of the Management Board terminated with effect from 17 September 2026.
On 17 September 2026, the Supervisory Board of City Service SE resolved to elect two new members to the Company’s Management Board.
Following a thorough assessment of candidates’ competencies, experience and suitability for the relevant areas of responsibility, the Supervisory Board elected Ignas Janukonis and Artūras Lopeta as new members of the Management Board.
Ignas Janukonis was elected as a member of the Management Board. He will be responsible for the business development and implementation of innovations.
Artūras Lopeta was elected as a member of the Management Board. Following the Company’s acquisition of 100% of the shares in Axioma servisas, UAB, he will be responsible for the activities, organization and supervision of the Company’s business segment covering the maintenance, operation and repair of industrial equipment, industrial and energy facilities, as well as construction and installation activities.
The Supervisory Board also appointed Vytautas Turonis, a current member of the Management Board, as Chairman of the Management Board of City Service SE with effect from 17 September 2026.
Vytautas Turonis will be responsible and accountable for the organization and supervision of Company activities, as well as for carrying out the formal functions of the Chairman of the Management Board as per Clause 5 hereof, signing the consolidated financial statements, representing the Company on stock exchanges, before securities depositories and in relations with investors, as well as in all other general matters related to the Company.
Following these changes, the Management Board of City Service SE consists of seven members: Vytautas Turonis, Chairman of the Management Board, Aistė Cikanaitė-Jankauskė, Member of the Management Board, Giedrius Jakubauskas, Member of the Management Board, Mindaugas Genys, Member of the Management Board, Tomas Sujeta, Member of the Management Board, Ignas Janukonis, Member of the Management Board, Artūras Lopeta, Member of the Management Board.
