Algė Jablonskienė has become an HR Business Partner of ICOR Group

Algė Jablonskienė who has recently been a Board member of the City Service and the Head of the Human Resources Department has now become an HR Business Partner of ICOR Group.

Personnel units in the countries where City Service currently operates will become subordinate to the company executives. It is still unclear who will take over the seat of A. Jablonskienė in the Board of the Company.

In her new position, Algė will be responsible for the wide range of integrated solutions to improve the management of the personnel within individual ICOR Group companies.

„One of my first jobs is to meet with all the corporate executives and find out the ways to increase the value of the business by working together “, - said A. Jablonskienė.

Algė also plans to visit her colleagues from ICOR companies she used to work with before.

„From now on we will be able to work even closer together - share the best practice, news use the company resources more efficiently “, - said Algė.

A.Jablonskienė was the Head of the City Service HR Department from 2017 till now. Prior to that, for ten years she worked as a Training and Business Consultant at „OVC Consulting“ and „Pedersen & Partners Executive Search”, an HR Manager in companies such as „Alna Software“ and „Johnson & Johnson“.

In addition to that, she has been developing and leading her own business. Algė is certified Coaching, MBTI and Cut-e Test Specialist. She has a master’s degree in Psychology from Vilnius University and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree (EMBA) from the Baltic Management Institute (BMI).
