Management Board shall consist of 5 (five) members
As from 12 February 2020, City Service SE (hereinafter – the Company) Management Board shall consist of 5 (five) members (Artūras Gudelis, Vytautas Turonis, Tomas Kleiva, Dalius Šimaitis and Aivaras Šimkus). Each member shall act and represent the Company individually within the competence prescribed to him under the regulations of the Management Board.
